InterConformity GmbH is a company established 2010 in Munich-Germany activating as a certification body specialized in audit, assessment, rating and certification of management systems, products/services and personnel based on international standards, industry specific codes or privately developed schemes.

InterConformity Assessment and Certification is an online service developed for the examination and certification of essential skills and knowledge in different areas or subjects.

We are committed to high ethical standards by applying principles of impartiality, competence, responsibility, openness, confidentiality and responsiveness to complaints. Preserving these principles has never been more decisive than in today’s competitive and dynamic business climate.

Certification decisions are based on objective evidence obtained during the assessments, not on the basis of bias or prejudice caused by influence of different interests of individuals or other involved parties. Impartiality is mainly assured by independence of staff, competence of examination teams, exercising due professional care in conducting the assessments, collecting of objective evidence and the presence of quality controls. We understand the importance of impartiality in carrying out our personal certification services and we will manage conflicts of interest and ensure the objectivity of our related activities.

We establish rules for providing public access or disclosure of non confidential information by responding positively to requests for information, answer requests for information quickly and helpfully, giving reasons for not providing information where this is not possible, ensuring that there are clear and effective arrangements to deal with complaints and concerns about provided certification services and access to information, and that these arrangements are clearly publicized and effectively monitored.

InterConformity GmbH ensures that information is accessible only to those interested parties authorized to have access and specific rules are established for examiners, administrative staff and other interested parties. Information related to customers are not used or disclosed for purposes other than the personnel examination and certification process, or where there is a legal justification to do so.
